2021年12月末、「ばんえい競馬 馬主情報局」を立ち上げました。
現在、ばんえい競馬では、いくつかの大きな問題を抱えています。
1つ目は、「ばん馬の生産頭数減少」、主要因は、生産者の高齢化・後継者不足
2つ目は、「競馬に係る人材不足」、競馬開催に係る厩務員などの”なり手”不足
いずれも、ヒトに関する問題です。
この２つの問題は、関係者・地域社会が一緒になって、問題解決に取り掛かっています。
が、ばん馬の生産頭数は、近年１０年で半分になり、これまでのペースで減少していけば、競馬開催も難しくなるでしょう。
本サイトは、地方馬主様向けのサイトですが、新規にばんえい競馬馬主を増やすことが、上記の問題解決につながると考えて、運営しています。

私自身は、一人のサラリーマンであり、一人の地方馬主です。生産者でもなく、十勝に在住しているわけでもありません。
直接的な解決ができない弱い立場です。
しかし、何もしないまま、ばんえい競馬がなくなることは耐えられず、「なにかできることは」と考え、サイト運営をしています。
一人の「ばんえい競馬」ファンとして、一人でも多くの馬主様がばんえい競馬に興味を持っていただけたら幸せです。

At the end of December 2021, we launched the Banei Horse Racing Horse Owner Information Bureau.
Currently, Banei Horse Racing is facing several major problems.
The first is "decrease in the number of horses produced," mainly due to the aging of producers and lack of successors.
The second is the "shortage of human resources related to horse racing," including a shortage of stable managers and other "qualified" workers for horse racing events.
Both of these problems are related to people.
These two problems are being addressed through the joint efforts of related parties and local communities.
However, the number of horses produced has been cut in half in the last 10 years, and if the number continues to decline at the current pace, it will be difficult to hold horse races.
This site is for local horse owners, but we operate it with the belief that increasing the number of new Banei horse owners will lead to solving the above problems.

I myself am one businessman and one local horse owner. I am not a producer, nor do I reside in Tokachi.
I am in a weak position with no direct solution.
However, I cannot stand to see Banei Horse Racing disappear without doing something about it, so I am managing this website to do what I can.
As a fan of Banei Horse Racing, I would be happy if as many horse owners as possible could become interested in Banei Horse Racing.
